What is JobPedestal?
JobPedestal is a career platform that lists verified employer-direct job openings, explains how well each role fits your profile, and offers AI career assistants (JobPedestal Intelligence) that help you prepare applications you approve.
Where do the job listings come from?
From employers' own applicant tracking system job boards (Greenhouse and Lever) and permitted public job APIs, plus roles posted directly by recruiters on JobPedestal. We do not scrape LinkedIn or other job boards.
How do you know a job is still open?
Listings are refreshed from their sources several times a day and application links are re-checked continuously. Postings that close or whose links fail are removed from search.
What does the fit score mean?
It is a 0–100 measure of how well a role matches your skills, target titles, seniority, salary floor and location preferences, with each factor explained. It is not a prediction of whether you will be hired.
Does JobPedestal apply to jobs for me?
No application is submitted without your approval. For external employer sites you complete the final step on the employer's page and record it; jobs posted on JobPedestal can be submitted directly.
Will the AI invent experience on my resume?
No. The assistants are instructed to use only your real record and to mark gaps for you to fill rather than inventing credentials, employers or achievements. Always review generated text before using it.
Can recruiters see my profile?
Only if you turn on recruiter visibility. Recruiters then see an anonymised profile — never your name, email, phone or resume — and must send a request that you can accept or decline.
How much does it cost?
Candidates can start free. Paid candidate plans are Professional ($14.99/month), Career Pro ($29.99/month) and Executive Elite ($49.99/month). Recruiter plans are Starter ($149/month), Growth ($349/month), Agency Pro ($799/month) and custom Enterprise.
Can I export or delete my data?
Yes. The Privacy center lets you download all of your data and permanently delete your account. Payment records are kept only in anonymised form for accounting.
