Employment Type: Full time Shift: Description: SIGN-ON BONUS UP TO $20,000 + RELOCATION BONUS! 0-1 years of experience: $10,000 1-3 years of experience: $15,000 3+ years of experience: $20,000 This role is for our Procedural Short Stay unit at our Downtown Des Moines Hospital. POSITION PURPOSE The Acute Care RN provides safe, effective, and compassionate care to patients with varying levels of acuity. Responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care; coordinating with the interdisciplinary team; and supporting patients and families throughout their care journey.
