Production Supervisor

The Supervisor, Production Operations will oversee and manage daily operations of all facets of the production department. Key Duties and Responsibilities : Supervises production employees Ensures safety and health policies are followed Complies with environmental programs, guidelines and policies Provides training to the hourly workforce Fosters positive teamwork Responsible for the planning and scheduling of plant activities Provides input to process improvements May participate in project or planning activities that go beyond day-to-day supervision of the team Qualifications: Minimum Education Details High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience Minimum Experience Required 4+ years related experience Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Production process and methods Quality control methods Critical thinking Problem-solving Safety and health management Environmental regulations Project management Regulatory compliance Resource management Training
